Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to test your gear and ensure it meets your outdoor adventure requirements.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bike Helmets (safety equipment)
- Bindings (once installed or used)
- Footwear & Boots (if worn outdoors or without protective sole covers)
- Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Submit Return Request: Complete the return request form below and email it to our customer service team
- Receive Authorization: Wait for our return authorization email (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address provided in your authorization email
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Method Refund: Credit/debit card and PayPal refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or color? Follow the same return process above and include a note specifying your preferred exchange item. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return, with any price differences charged or refunded accordingly.
